As The Melter Turns 3/17/10

Today we are making 1 ounce Milk Caramel Easter Eggs on our Enrobing machine. We are making 1.75 ounce Dark Chocolate Bars on our One-Shot machine and we are making more Easter Rabbits on our molding line as we continue to prepare for our Annual Easter Open House this Saturday.

Chocolate Fact: It takes about 400 cocoa beans to make 1 lb. of liquid chocolate!
