As The Melter Turns 3/15/10

Today we are making Dark Chocolate Bars, Milk Chocolate Easter Rabbits and several different flavors of fruit creams on our Milk and Dark Enrobing machines. This afternoon we will also be making our most popular piece, Peanut Butter Buckeyes. It takes 4 different steps to make our famous Buckeyes. Our new flow-wrapping machine that individually wraps the Buckeyes can wrap them at speeds of 350 pieces per minute.
