As The Melter Turns 3/24/10

Today we are making Milk Chocolate Covered Brazil Nuts and Chocolate Truffles on our Enrobing machine. We are also making Milk Chocolate Almond Cranberry bars on our 5-Stage molding machine and we are making more Easter Rabbits on our molding line.

Chocolate Fact: U.S. chocolate manufacturers currently use 40 percent of the almonds produced in the United States and 25 percent of domestic peanuts.
